Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hutzio, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying food-ordering experience for all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be accepted.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it, provided the restaurant has not started preparing your food. Once preparation begins, cancellation will not be possible.
