To request deletion of your Hutzio account, please visit the contact us and submit your registered phone number or email address.

Upon submission, all personal data associated with your account—including your phone number, name, delivery addresses, and order history—will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Certain transactional or legal data may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with financial and legal regulations.

Users will receive confirmation once their account and data have been deleted.

Partial Data Deletion:

Hutzio does not currently support deletion of specific parts of your data without deleting the entire account.

Data Collection & Security:

All user data collected by Hutzio is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.

Account creation is done via phone number authentication and OTP verification.

Data Retention Policy:

User account and order history data is retained until the user requests deletion.

Certain transactional data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal compliance.

User Control:

Users can request full account deletion at any time through the delete account URL.

Currently, there is no feature for selective deletion of user data.
